Support to engage with the community in meaningful ways. We assist participants with attending appointments, social outings, recreational activities, events, and community programs to promote connection, confidence, and inclusion.

Support Coordination

Guidance to help participants understand and use their NDIS plans effectively. Our support coordination services include connecting with suitable providers, managing service arrangements, and assisting with housing related applications and supports.

Clear and reliable assistance with managing NDIS funding. We support participants by handling provider payments, tracking budgets, and offering transparent financial guidance so participants can focus on their goals without added stress.

Counselling Services

Professional emotional and mental wellbeing support provided in a safe, respectful, and confidential setting. Our counselling services aim to support participants through life challenges while promoting emotional resilience and personal growth.

Assistive Technology Sales and Repairs

Supply and repair of assistive technology to support mobility and daily living. This includes wheelchairs, mobility aids, and home support equipment, along with access to a dedicated repair workshop for ongoing maintenance and support.
